HR Business Partner - Commercial and Regional functions

We are searching for a results-oriented ‘HR Business Partner – Commercial and Regional functions’ to join our team who provides partnership to the local Commercial/Finance/Marketing/Corporate Affairs/HR departments and Regional Functions (altogether ca. 300 employees). The new colleague will be responsible for the full HR agenda of the supported functions with the support of the HR specialists and acts as a consultant to senior and middle management in all HR matters.

Main tasks

  • Advices, coaches and challenges the senior/middle managers on people and organisational matters
  • Supports the development and responsible for the implementation of the HR strategy of supported areas
  • Responsible for headcount and pay cost management as well as compensation and benefits issues
  • Manages and optimizes the recruitment process and talent sourcing
  • Prepares and deploys the development and training plan, supports talent management and supervises performance management process
  • Handles Labour Law and employee relation cases
  • Leads or participates in different HR related projects
  • Works in close cooperation with the HR colleagues and builds and keeps up strong partnership

  • Is strategic thinker and able to handle hands-on activities as well
  • Has relevant HR or business related higher degree, postgraduate qualification would be advantageous
  • Has a minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in an international environment, knows how good HR looks like, FMCG and/or team leading experience is an advantage
  • Career maturity and business understanding with strong stakeholder management experience is a must
  • Has strong understanding of and experience in all core people processes with a view of what works and what does not
  • Has excellent interpersonal and organising skills with ability to build trust and act as partner of the supported areas, enjoys taking ownership and solving problems proactively
  • Is fluent in English and has high level MS office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), the knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
