Compensation & Benefits Manager/Senior Specialist

We are looking for our new colleague who can help to ensure the implementation of the C&B strategy, revisions of policies, ensuring the consistency of the remuneration system and it's in compliance with company policies and regulations. Currently this role is open for a 1 year fix term, 20 hours/week, permanent employment is subject to a later decision.

Main tasks

  • Intense collaboration with HRBPs and HRD on daily C&B matters and with the HR Controller:
  • Prepare and implement salary and benefits reviews, bonus calculations, salary surveys, etc.,
  • Support the effective management of HR controlling systems
  • Provide inputs to the local benefits strategy and implement new initiatives (cafeteria, company car, free beer, canteen, accomodation, fellowships, etc.)
  • Close collaboration with HRBPs and HRD:
  • Ensuring a consistent and coherent grading structure, contribution in grading processes,
  • Contribution to job offers and promotions
  • Preparation of analysis on ad hoc or regular C&B requests
  • Participation in various HR projects with data provision and analysis

Conditions for getting the job

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration or HR
  • Knowledge on compensational/grading methodologies, experience in HR controlling, Labour Law or payroll is an advantage
  • 6-8 year work experience in the field of compensation
  • High level of English language (both written and oral)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Advanced level Excel knowledge, and experience in database analysis and integrated IT systems (preferably SAP)
  • Excellent analytical/synthetizing and numeric skills
  • Possess the maturity to handle sensitive information and confidental situations
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results
